We spent the entire second day of our vacation in Key West, checking out the town. This was one of the first things I saw, and I thought it was apropos.
The number one thing that my husband and I wanted to do was to see Hemingway's House.
Some of Hemingway's books (that he owned, not wrote):
Maybe Hemingway shared my passion for photography:
There are about 60 cats that live at, and have the run of, the Hemingway house. They are all (supposedly) descendants of Hemingway's cat and about half of them are polydactyl.

Afterwards, we went to Blue Heaven for brunch, where I had delicious pineapple pancakes. We sat in the garden, where there was a guitarist/singer and we were surrounded by chickens and cats. (Some how they get along.)
After brunch, we went to the Lighthouse Museum.
And then we walked down to the southernmost point in the continental U.S.
We then headed back to our hotel room to take a nap before we went out on a sunset cruise.
